Information processed when you visit
The hosting service receives ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. Search terms entered into the catalogue are sent to the Lasting Index server to return matching records; they are not used to create a public profile.
Analytics and advertising
When enabled in production, Google Analytics measures aggregate site use and Google AdSense supplies display advertising. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and process device, interaction and approximate-location information under Google's policies. Advertising does not affect catalogue ordering or evidence.
Public submissions
No public community-report, document-upload or reminder form is currently enabled. Internal moderation schemas remain inaccessible from the public interface. Lasting Index does not knowingly publish personally identifying data from a community report.
Retention and third parties
Operational logs and analytics are retained according to the configured hosting and Google service settings. The catalogue links to official external sources; their own privacy terms apply after you follow those links.
Changes
This notice will be updated before public accounts, submissions, reminders, affiliate tracking or another category of personal-data processing is enabled.
